These terms apply to your use of TemplatePort, provided by Leote B.V., [Street and number], [postcode] [city], the Netherlands (KvK [KvK number], VAT [VAT number]). By creating an account you agree to them. TemplatePort is built for businesses; if you use it as a consumer, your mandatory consumer rights still apply.
1. The service
TemplatePort helps you design transactional email templates, generate them with AI, and push them to email providers you connect (Resend, Postmark, SendGrid, Brevo). We don't send email on your behalf except test emails you ask for, which go through your own provider account.
2. Your account
- Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for activity in your account.
- The same goes for API keys you create for MCP clients such as Lovable: keep them secret, and revoke a key on the Providers page if it may have leaked.
- You must be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms for yourself or your company.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use TemplatePort to:
- create or send spam, phishing, or emails that impersonate others;
- break anti-spam or privacy laws, or the terms of your email provider;
- upload content you don't have the rights to, or content that is illegal or harmful;
- abuse, overload, or try to get around the limits or security of the service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why where we can.
4. Gallery designs
The designs in the template gallery are owned by us (Leote B.V.). When you use one, you may adapt it and use it in emails for your own products and services, or for a client's, for as long as you like, including after your plan ends. You may not sell, share or publish the designs, changed or not, as templates or as part of a template collection, theme or email builder, and you may not copy the gallery in bulk.
5. Your content
You own your own content: your text, brand assets, images and the designs you create yourself. Templates you make from a gallery design remain subject to section 4. You give us the permission needed to store, process and display it to provide the service, including sending it to our AI provider and to the email providers you connect. Photos from Unsplash are provided under the Unsplash License.
6. AI-generated content
AI suggestions can be wrong or unsuitable. Review every template before using it; you're responsible for the emails you send.
7. Plans, payment and cancellation
- Paid plans are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Their terms also apply to your purchase, and they handle payment, invoices and VAT.
- Pro renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancel any time under Billing → Manage subscription; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
- The Launch Pack is a one-time purchase with the limits shown on the pricing page.
- Refunds: if you're not happy, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
8. Availability
We work to keep TemplatePort available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without a guaranteed uptime. Features may change as the product develops. Third-party services (email providers, AI, Unsplash) are outside our control.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect loss such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time under Account in the app, which deletes your data as described in our privacy policy. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, and will let you export your data first.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another option.
12. Changes and contact
We'll tell you about meaningful changes to these terms at least 30 days in advance. Questions: support@template.app.
