Why TemplatePort

AI can write an email. Shipping it is the hard part.

ChatGPT or Claude will draft a good-looking email in seconds. Making it work in Outlook, speak your provider's variable format, match the rest of your emails and stay up to date is where the hours go. TemplatePort fills that gap.

From idea to an email your app sends

  1. 01

    Draft

    Copy, structure, a first design

  2. 02

    Render everywhere

    Outlook, Gmail, mobile, images off

  3. 03

    Provider format

    Each provider's variable syntax

  4. 04

    Push and sync

    Create once, update in place

  5. 05

    Send from code

    IDs and variables wired up

An AI chat gets you here
TemplatePort covers the whole path, for every email in your app

The difference

An afternoon instead of a few days

None of the do-it-yourself steps are hard on their own. Together, for every transactional email you need, they add up.

Doing it yourself

  • Prompt an AI for HTML, one email at a time
  • Rebuild the layout in tables so Outlook doesn't break it
  • Check Gmail's 102 KB clipping, dark mode and images-off
  • Rewrite every variable for your provider by hand
  • Paste into the provider dashboard, and clean up duplicates on every change
  • Repeat for 6 to 10 emails, and watch the styling drift apart

With TemplatePort

  • Set your brand once: logo, colors, fonts, social and footer links
  • Generate the whole set, or start from the gallery, in any of 23 languages
  • Email-safe HTML, Outlook fallbacks and plain text built in
  • Variables converted for Resend, Postmark, SendGrid and Brevo
  • Push once; every later push updates the same template
  • Health check and a test email before anything goes live

What a chat window can't do

The parts that take the time

Renders in every inbox

Nested tables, inline styles and Outlook fallbacks for photo headers. Columns stack on phones, text stays readable with images off.

Speaks your provider's language

Write {{user_name}} once. We convert it for each provider, avoid Resend's reserved names, and push with the right API calls.

One brand, every email

Your logo, colors, fonts, footer, terms and privacy links and social icons applied to every template, so welcome, receipt and reset emails look like one product.

Stays in sync

Changed your brand color? Templates that are out of date get a badge, and Re-push all updates them in your provider in one go.

Checked before it ships

A built-in health check flags Gmail clipping, spam-like wording, missing alt text, broken links and low contrast.

Ready for your code

Copy-ready send code for Node.js, Next.js, Python and Supabase Edge Functions, with the template IDs and variable names already filled in. Sending from Google Workspace? Paste it into Gmail as a template, or send it with Nodemailer.

Made for Lovable apps

Connect TemplatePort to Lovable and ask for your emails in chat, or paste one prompt that updates several at once, including emails in your own edge functions. When your brand changes, we tell you what to re-apply.

Every language

AI writes new emails in your brand's language, or translates one and keeps a copy per language. The email is marked with the right language for screen readers and spam filters.

Photos, done properly

Search free Unsplash photos or upload your own. Photo headers get an Outlook fallback and a background color for when images are off.

One template, every format

Write variables once

Each provider names variables differently, and getting one wrong means an email that says "Hi {{{USER_NAME}}}" to a customer. TemplatePort converts them for you on every push.

You writeResendPPostmarkSendGridBrevoSupabase Auth
{{user_name}}{{{USER_NAME}}}{{user_name}}{{user_name}}{{ params.user_name }}{{ .Data.full_name }}
{{reset_url}}{{{RESET_URL}}}{{reset_url}}{{reset_url}}{{ params.reset_url }}{{ .ConfirmationURL }}
{{email}}{{{EMAIL_VALUE}}}{{email}}{{email}}{{ params.email }}{{ .Email }}

Resend reserves names like EMAIL, so we rename those safely, and the send code we give you uses the same names.

Made for

  • SaaS founders and small teams building on Lovable, Next.js or Supabase
  • Apps that send through Resend, Postmark, SendGrid or Brevo
  • Developers who want polished emails without hand-coding table HTML

Probably not for

  • Newsletters and marketing campaigns: tools like Mailchimp or Brevo do that better
  • Teams that need a drag-and-drop editor for non-technical marketers

A one-time job, priced like one.

Transactional emails are mostly set up once, so the Launch Pack is a single payment of €29. Generating and previewing is free.
