On the log in page, choose Forgot password? and enter your email. Open the link we send and choose a new password. The link works once and for a short time.

Under Account, download everything we store for you (brand kit, templates, versions, push history, feature requests and votes, testimonials and bonus generations) as one JSON file. Provider keys and API keys are never included.

Sometimes we ask an account for a short testimonial. If we ask you, a banner appears on your Templates page with a form. It only goes on our website after you give consent and we review it, and we remove it whenever you ask. Not now hides the request.

Under Account → Delete account. This cancels an active subscription, removes your provider keys, API keys, files and templates, and can't be undone. Templates you pushed stay in your provider's account, and feature requests you posted stay on the board without any link to you.
