Design your emails

Brand kit

Logo, colors, theme, language, footer and links: set once, used in every email.

Importing from your website

Choose Import from website on the Brand kit page and enter your site's address. We read the page and its stylesheets, and show the colors, logo, font, footer links and social links we found. Pick a primary and secondary color from the colors found, untick anything you don't want, and choose Use these.

  • Nothing is saved until you choose Save changes.
  • The primary color is used behind white button text, so we suggest the first color that's dark enough to read on.
  • Sites built entirely with JavaScript can't always be read. Set your colors by hand then.

Logo and colors

Upload your logo as PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP. We convert it to a sharp PNG, because many inboxes (including Gmail) don't show SVG.

  • Primary color: buttons, links and highlights.
  • Secondary color: quieter accents such as social labels.
  • Background and text colors: the area around the email and the body text.

The health check warns when text and button colors are too low in contrast to read.

Default email theme

Five layouts give your emails a different feel: Card, Minimal, Bold, Editorial and Playful. The default theme is used for new and AI-generated emails.

Templates you already have keep their own theme, so changing the default doesn't restyle them. Change a single email's theme in the editor.

Email language

AI writes new emails in this language. Existing emails keep theirs. See the Languages guide to translate them.

When you change the brand kit

Every email uses the new brand straight away in TemplatePort. Emails you already pushed or exported are marked out of sync on the Templates page, so you know which ones to push or export again.
